In-House Recycling
We granulate all our moulding sprues and runners using our own industrial granulators. This material is then reintroduced into future mouldings where suitable, helping us:
- Minimise waste to landfill
- Reduce the demand for virgin plastics
- Maintain cost-efficiency for our customers
Reprocessed Material Sourcing
Where project specifications allow, we incorporate reprocessed materials into production. We purchase high-quality recycled plastics from trusted UK suppliers, ensuring that every batch meets the necessary performance standards.
We also source recycled polymers recovered from Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) when suitable for the application, giving plastic components a second life and helping reduce environmental impact.
